Questions
Where does the data come from?
The Energy Performance of Buildings register for England and Wales, published by MHCLG. The odds come from comparing certificates lodged for the same home years apart.
Is this a compliance assessment?
No. Figures are indicative: compliance from 2030 will be assessed under a new methodology, and an exemptions register applies. A survey is still needed before quoting.
Can my team share an account?
Yes. Checks and the plan belong to your company, and you can invite colleagues.
What happens when I run out of checks?
Addresses you already opened this month stay available. New ones need a bigger plan or the next month.
