For letting agents and property managers
Know which of your managed homes will fail band C — and what fixing them costs
Upload your managed properties once. We match each one to its energy certificate, show what stands between it and band C, the cheapest route that worked for similar homes, and when its EPC runs out — and keep it all up to date as new certificates are lodged.

Below band C
How many managed homes fall short, by how many points, and the total budget to bring them up.
Cheapest route that works
For each home, the least expensive set of works that closed the gap for most similar homes.
Maybe no works at all
Homes whose certificate only assumed insulation was missing — a new EPC with evidence may be enough.
Expiring certificates
Which EPCs have run out or will within a year, so no tenancy starts without one.

Questions
What do I need to upload?
A spreadsheet or CSV with each property's address and postcode; landlord name and email are optional and let us group reports by landlord.
What if an address does not match?
Most match on their own. Where a postcode has several similar homes, you pick the right one from a short list; homes with no certificate are flagged.
Is this a compliance assessment?
No. It uses the public EPC register and what happened to similar homes. The 2030 rules are still being finalised, and a survey is needed before any work is quoted.
Can my team share it?
Yes. The portfolio and plan belong to your agency, and you can invite colleagues.
